How Do Heated Driveway Snow Melt Systems Work?
Hydronic tubing similar to the ones used in indoor radiant floor heating are installed right under the surface of the driveway or sidewalk. A small mechanical room houses a pump, boiler and other equipment necessary to heat the water within the tubes when needed.
